In the year 1989, group of highly qualified and visionary Engineers, who had global expertise and experience, founded Warade Group, which soon became a key enterprise in Indian Automotive Sector.
The first company of the group was a manufacturing unit for die making and tool design.

Today the same group is ISO and TS quality certified. The group includes more than 5 fully owned, holding and sharing enterprises with its presence in Gujarat and Maharashtra, and soon planning to expand in other parts of the country. Today, the group is leading manufacturer of press tools, moulds, inspection fixtures, sheet metal stamping parts, pressure die casting dies and its parts, seat frames and assemblies and also supplier for the same across the country.
